Big Sky Culinary Classes and Catering
Big Sky Culinary Classes and Catering will be starting gourmet dinners, once again, at The Lodge in Townsend!
As before the dinners will be held on Saturday nights. AND we are adding more annual dinners to the list!
I will need at least 35 guests to make reservations in order for me to pay my staff their worth as well as Tina Homann for all of the wonderful services she provides for the dinner, including the space rental.
If we can not get 35 reservations, I will have to cancel that dinner. It is frustrating, I know, so.... Let's try to get as many as possible for each dinner!
Pricing will vary for each dinner & we will continue to offer a discount for those reservations made for 2 or more people. The same "rules" apply - we will provide water, coffee with creamer and sugar. If there is "another beverage" you would like to enjoy with your dinner, please feel free to request it in another email to me.

As always, you can either email me here or call my cell (303-406-1501) to make your reservation for any of the dinners, at least 2 weeks before the scheduled dinner

The first 2 dinners I have the full menu designed and the following 3, I have some ideas down that I am still playing with. Please send me feedback as to how you feel they will be received by you all. Positive and constructive criticism is always welcome. Finally, I will have an option, for each dinner, for our GF/Vegetarian guests.
