2nd Course: Pork Loin au Poivre w/ Creamed Kale & Hasselback Potatoes
3rd Course: Caramel Flan w/ Fresh Berries
June 14th - (Please let me know if you feel this is too "diverse" of a menu for Townsend along with alternative suggestions. I was also thinking a "fish dish" might be nice)
1st Course: Shrimp Spring Rolls w/ Peanut Dipping Sauce (Nut free available)
2nd Course: Vietnamese Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl: Rice Noodles, Pickled Carrot & Daikon, Greens, Thai Basil, Cucumber, Radish, Peanut, Nuoc Cham (Spicy upon request)
3rd Course: Coconut/Mango Sticky Rice
August 16th - (Again here, please let me know if you feel this is too "diverse" of a menu for Townsend along with alternative suggestions that you would like to have instead.)
1st Course: Aloo Samosa (Pea & Potato) w/ Mint Chutney
2nd Course: Butter Chicken (with or without Cashews) w/ Basmati Rice & Naan
3rd Course: Badusha (sweet and savory sticky doughnuts)
October 25th -
1st Course: Roasted Carrot & Apple Soup
2nd Course: Elk Steak w/ Spiced Beet, Parsnips & Figs
3rd Course: Chocolate Bourbon Chai Cupcakes w/ Butter Pecan Frosting
December 20th-

2nd Course: Duck Confit Ravioli w/ Crimini Brandy Cream Sauce
3rd Course: TBD
