Judge Kathy Seeley presided over the following cases. County Attorney Kevin Bratcher brought the charges. The defense attorney, Qasim Abdul-Baki, appointed Public Defender, acted as attorney for the cases.
Charles Sperry- Initial Hearing for charges of Possession of dangerous drugs. The defendant was ready to proceed with the arraignment, and a Not Guilty Plea was entered. The following dates were set: Omnibus, August 28, 2026; Pre-trial, December 17, 2026; and Jury Trial, January 25, 2027.
Joshua Ross failed to appear for his Evidentiary Hearing. A Warrant was requested by the County Attorney and granted by the Judge with a $25,000 bond.
On July 16th, 2026, there were two hearings that were also held.
Harvey Wildman- Revocation Hearing, where his Sentence was revoked and resentenced along with his Lewis and Clark County Case.
Diana Lewis- Parole Hearing- The Hearing was held at the Montana State Women's Prison. The defendant’s parole was denied, and she will not be able to apply for parole for 3 years.
