More Court information:
A Hearing on a Warrant is when the defendant does something else wrong before the case is finished or they fail to show up for a Court hearing.
A Bench Warrant is then issued and when the defendant is found, they will be arrested and brought before the court to answer the issue.
An Evidentiary Hearing is for the defendant and the state to provide what evidence they have. The court must then decide whether to proceed or not.
