The criminal docket in Judge Mike Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, May 2, is as follows:
Amberleah Greenstein had an Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to charges of assault with a weapon and partner/family member assault. Omnibus is due June 20; Pre-Trial is set for October 17; Jury Trial is scheduled for November 17.
Darcy Roerick appeared for a Petition to Revoke. Jury Trial is scheduled for September 2.
Robert Bakke had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to bail jumping and failure to appear. Omnibus is due June 6; Pre-Trial is set for August 1, with the Jury Trial in September.
Bruce Beard had a Status Hearing. He has no attorney, but came before the Court to ask permission to leave the state for work. That request was granted.
Charles Calvert had an Initial Appearance on an extradition to Missouri on a warrant for non-support. He owes $600. He has until May 23 to contact Missouri and get it straightened out.
Diana Lewis entered Denials at an Admit/Deny Hearing. The allegations are that she failed to remain law-abiding by not complying with the orders of Law Enforcement. She is also charged with failure to maintain court-ordered medication and treatment, where she became combative. She is due a Status Conference on June 13.
