The criminal docket in Judge Micheal McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, April 11, is as follows:
Alisha Byrd will have a Change of Plea on April 25.
Jordan Hart appeared for a Change of Plea to the amended charge of reckless driving, a misdemeanor. In her elocution, she stated that while in Broadwater County, she drove in a willful and wanton manner at a speed of 93 miles per hour with a child in the vehicle. She is sentenced to 90 days, all but two suspended; $500 fine, credit time served, two days (taken off of her fine at $82.90 per day). She must also pay fees and surcharges.
Maurice Powers will have a Change of Plea/Status Hearing on April 25. His trial is vacated.
Joseph Thompson had a Sentencing on a previous Change of Plea on a charge of partner/family member assault. A Pre-Sentence Investigation was submitted. He is sentenced to three years deferred. $100 fine with one day credit time served. He must attend batterers education and pay $80 fees and surcharges.
Angelina Washee will have a Status Hearing on April 18.
