Court Beat 4-7-23 Dee Gannon, MT43 News Correspondent The criminal court docket in Mike Menehan’s courtroom on Friday, April 7 is as follows:
Priscilla Evens was not present in the courtroom for a Scheduling Hearing. Her attorney stated that he has made multiple attempts to contact her; to no avail. She will have a Status Conference on May 5; to which she must personally appear, or a warrant will be issued for her arrest. Her new Pre-Trial is August 4; with the Jury Trial scheduled for August 28.
