MONTANA HIGHWAY PATROL FINES

Jackie Hunter – Alto NM – Speeding on National 4 Lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $120 fines & fees

Milana Flores – Bozeman – Speeding on National 4 Lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $70 fines & fees

Douglas Croghan – Belgrade – Speeding on National 4 Lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $70 fines & fees

Dana Bimler – Missoula – Speeding on National 4 Lane – exceed day limit of 75mph – paid fines - $70 fines & fees

Kassidy Hokanson – Bozeman – Speeding – exceed restricted / special zone speed limit established by department – paid fines - $65 fine

Chad Ireland – Belgrade – Leave scene of accident resulting in property damage over $1,000 without permission from law enforcement – plead guilty - $285 fine

- Fail to give notice of accident by quickest means / apparent damage over $1,000, 1st offense – plead guilty - $275 fine

Jennifer Boston – Townsend – Operating without liability insurance in effect, 3rd offense – plead guilty - $535 fines & fees. Court to defer imposition of sentence for six (6) months with good behavior & payment of court fine. The license plate & registration of vehicle operated at the time of the offense is suspended until proof of insurance is provided to Motor Vehicles Division. Restrictive probationary registration recommended.

Tomasz Kulesza – Ennis – Driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, 1st offense – plead guilty - $1,085 fines & fees. Sentenced to six (6) months in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all but one (1) day suspended for six (6) months with good behavior, payment of fine, and completion of other programs. Defendant to Enroll in ACT or VA equivalent within one (1) month, to be completed within four (4) months. Restrictive probationary license recommended.

BROADWATER COUNTY FINES

Theland Blackford – East Helena – Speeding on non-interstate – exceed day limit of 70mph – paid fines - $120 fines & fees

Maxwell Goldrich – Scarsdale, NY – Speeding on non-interstate – exceed night limit of 65mph – plead guilty - $20 fines & fees. Court to defer imposition of sentence for two (2) months with good behavior, payment of fine, and completion of other program. Defendant to enroll and complete Traffic School within one (1) month.

COUNTY CRIMINAL

Thomas Tuttle – Townsend – Disorderly Conduct (1)(a) through (1)(h) – plead guilty - $185 fines & fees. Court to defer imposition of sentence for six (6) months with good behavior and payment of fine.

Christopher Jones – Townsend – Driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, 2nd offense – plead guilty - $1,285 fines & fees. Sentenced to one (1) year in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all but seven (7) days suspended for one (1) year with good behavior, payment of fine, and completion of other programs. Defendant to enroll in ACT within one (1) month, to be completed within four (4) months, followed by monthly monitoring for one (1) year. Restrictive probationary license recommended after forty-five (45) day hard suspension. Any vehicle operated be equipped with a functioning interlock device.

MOTOR CARRIER SERVICES

Bradley Bodle – Townsend – Operate vehicle whose gross laden weight exceeds GVW shown on owner certificate – paid fines - $85 fine
