Judge Mike McMahon presided over the following hearings. Kevin Bratcher, County Attorney, and defense attorney Quasim Abdul-Baki, Public Defender were also present.

Ryan Johnson- Initial Hearing for 3 charges, Criminal Child Endangerment, DUI, and Reckless driving. Kimberly Wayne, defendant's Attorney, appeared by zoom. Arraignment was held and the defendant pleaded not guilty with the following dates set, Omnibus August 7, 2026, Pretrial December 4, 2026, and Jury Trial January 4, 2027.

Colt Smith- Initial Hearing- Criminal Drugs with intent to sell, and Criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant pleaded Not Guilty and the trial schedule was set: Omnibus, August 21, 2026; Pre-trial, October 16, 2026; and Jury Trial, November 16, 2026.

Hannah Mattausch- Initial Hearing- Strangulation on Partner Family Member Assault. The defendant pleaded not guilty and the following dates were set: Omnibus, August 28, 2026; Pre-trial, December 17, 2026; and Jury Trial, January 25, 2027.

Dennis Henchi- Status hearing- The parties have reached an agreement and are ready to proceed to Sentencing. The defendant pleaded Guilty to the Amended Charge of DUI 3rd offense. Sentence is 365 days in the Broadwater County Jail, all suspended except 30 days, with credit for time served and all conditions in place. Count 2 was dismissed and the Bond was exonerated.

Mark Mead- Sentencing- Defendant was sentenced to Count 1- Department of Corrections for 2 years, all suspended; this sentence will run consecutive with Lewis and Clark County Case BDC-20-631 and Count 2- 30 days in the Broadwater County Jail plus a $600 fine. Defendant shall receive credit for time served. Defendant will follow all conditions listed in the Pre-Sentence investigation.
