On May 28th, 29th, and 30th, six Bulldog Tennis athletes travelled to Missoula to compete in the State tournament. The Bulldogs qualified two doubles teams: Kylee Warburton and Addy White, and Bryleigh Erickson and Chloe Flynn, along with two singles players, Harper Wolfgram and Bella McDaniel.

There were 32 total singles players, and both Bulldogs players had a successful tournament. Harper Wolfgram won her first two games of the tournament, beating Jefferson and Forsyth opponents. She lost in a close match to a different opponent from Forsyth, which sent her to the backside of the bracket. Harper fought in a tough match against a Choteau opponent, eventually falling short.

Arabella McDaniel started the tournament strong with a win against a Choteau opponent. Her loss to Forsyth sent her to the backside of the bracket. Then, she beat her opponent from Fort Benton but lost her next match against Superior.

Kylee Warburton and Addy White started the tournament with a tight win against a Wolf Point team. They battled Fairfield but came up short. They faced off against opponents from Anaconda to win that match-up. They played Fort Benton only to lose the match.

Chloe Flynn and Bryleigh Erickson had a first-round bye, as they were the one seed from the Southern division. They beat a Fairfield team. Following that game, they played Chinook in a tight match, but fell short, propelling them to the backside of the bracket. They beat Baker and Fort Benton to advance to the placing matches. They lost in a tough match against Loyola, sending them to battle for 5th and 6th place. They faced off against Chinook and won their match. This placed them in 5th and named Bryleigh Erickson and Chloe Flynn as All-State placers.

Overall, this was a great tournament for the Bulldogs tennis team. As a team, they barely missed the podium, but they plan to continue to improve and eventually place as a team next year.
