Golf Team Travels to Anaconda on May 7th

On Thursday, May 7th, the Bulldogs golf teams travelled to Anaconda to compete on the Old Works golf course. The boys team placed 5th and the girls team finished in 4th place overall.
A highlight of the whole tournament was when Caleb Swanson, a junior, scored a hole-in-one! This was on Hole 7, which is 185 yards and he scored it through a windy 185 yards. This was, “an incredible feat, and we are very proud of him,” says head golf coach Dan Hazelette. Caleb finished the tournament tied for fourth place. Alex Weiss tied for 19th place, and Brando Parr shot his best score of the year and tied for 30th. Gunner Cox finished tied for 44th place. This was a great tournament for the boys.
For the girls, Jazel Ragen placed 8th overall. Louie Parr finished in a tie for 13th place, and Brynlee Brown finished in 20th place. Claire Swanson placed 36th, and Autumn Henke finished 34th.
Next up, the Bulldogs will travel back to Anaconda for a practice round on Monday, May 11th, and the Divisional tournament on Tuesday, May 12th.
