Montana has always valued independence, accountability, and fair play. Our elections should reflect that.
But today, corporate money—often from outside Montana—plays a growing role in shaping campaigns and outcomes.
The Montana Plan (I-194) is a direct response. It would stop corporations from spending money in Montana elections by limiting the political powers granted to them by the state.
