Broadwater County Non-Profit Ambassador
I have been appointed the Broadwater County Non-Profit Ambassador with the Montana Non-Profit Association.
I am reaching out to anyone who might be interested in doing a short interview with me about their nonprofits in Broadwater County. I will be compiling information on what kind of information, supports, and trainings nonprofits and their boards would find beneficial, and work on organizing some of these opportunities in our community. I will also be using information (with permission) from these interviews to spotlight the work and needs of these organizations in the local newspaper for a visibility boost.
Mostly, I would like to increase communication, resources, and possible collaboration in our local nonprofit community. I have created a Facebook page to share resources and information, as well as a place for organizations to communicate with other organizations and the public to ask or share questions, resources, ideas, and needs (volunteers, post shares, etc) Broadwater County Non-Profit Connections is the name, link is: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575461962157
If you have ideas or requests for types of information that would be useful to your nonprofit and/or board, please let me know via email or by stopping in the bookstore to chat. I hope to organize a quarterly meet-up for nonprofit organizations of varying topics beginning in the near future.
