Jeremy Cross – Townsend – Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs, 1st offense – Plead Guilty - $685 fines & fees. Sentenced to six (6) months in Broadwater County Detention with the execution of all but one (1) day suspended for six (6) months with good behavior and completion of other programs. Defendant to enroll in the ACT class within two (2) months, to be completed within four (4) months. Restrictive Probationary License recommended after payment of reinstatement fees.

Charity Lamere – Townsend – Fail to give notice of accident by quickest means/ apparent damage over $1,000.00, 1st offense – plead guilty - $285 fines & fees

- Fail to stop and ID self after striking unattended vehicle, 1st offense – Plead Guilty- $1,000 restitution to the victim in this matter. Sentenced to twenty (20) days in Broadwater County Detention with all but two (2) days suspended for six (6) months.

- Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, 3rd offense – Plead Guilty - Court to defer imposition of sentence for a period of two (2) years with good behavior & payment of fines, including victim restitution. $535 fines & fees.

Kayla Hurni – Helena – Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs, 1st offense – plead guilty - $1,085 fines & fees. Sentenced to one (1) year in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all but two (2) days suspended for one (1) year with good behavior & completion of other programs. Defendant to enroll in ACT class within one (1) month, to be completed within four (4) months. Restrictive probationary license recommended after payment of reinstatement fees.

- Careless Driving – plead guilty - $85 fines & fees.

Shayne Trujillo – Helena – Reckless Driving, 2nd or subsequent offense – plead guilty - $535 fines & fees. Sentenced to six (6) months in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all but five (5) days suspended for six (6) months.

- Negligent Endangerment (Substantial Risk – Death/ Serious Bodily Injury) – plead guilty - $575 fines & fees. Sentenced to one (1) year in Broadwater County Jail with the execution of all but five (5) days suspended for one (1) year.

Dennis White Quills – Browning – Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and or drugs, 1st offense - $685 fines & fees. Sentenced to six (6) months in Broadwater County Jail with the executions of all but one (1) day suspended for six (6) months with good behavior and completion of other programs. Defendant to enroll in ACT class within one (1) month, to be completed in four (4) months. Court recommends a restrictive probationary license after payment of reinstatement fees.

INITIAL APPEARANCE FOR DISTRICT COURT

Deborah Winslette – Macon, GA – Defendant was given curtesy appearance in Justice Court to have charges explained to them. The Defendant is innocent until proven guilty. Jacob Huotari – Defendant was arrested on a warrant issued by Powell County District Court to answer a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Defendant to be committed to Broadwater County Jail until transportation. No Bond.

Deborah Winslette – Defendant was arrested on a warrant issued by Gallatin County Justice Court for failing to appear. Defendant committed to Broadwater County Detention until transport or post bond. $285 bond with conditions. If bond posted, Defendant to appear in Gallatin County Justice Court within ten (10) days.
