Precision Business Resources Temporarily Closed for Remodeling

Precision Business Resources in Townsend will close temporarily Friday, April 24th, according to owner Anna Glueckert. Their East Helena location at 101 So. Lane Ave. will be open for Townsend clients 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The 302 Broadway Street location was opened the fall of 2022 when Tromley’s Accounting closed. Remodeling for the 1883 building will include new windows and insulation to make it more heating and cooling efficient.

The building was erected in 1883 across the street, according to Broadwater Museum curator Linda Huth, and was moved in 1910 to its present location. It has housed many businesses, including a furniture store, carpenter shop, compounding medicine shop, law office, post office and hat shop.

PBR’s Townsend staff will work in the East Helena office until remodeling is completed. Glueckert estimated remodeling work would be completed within two months. She said all Townsend contractors will be doing the work. For more information, please contact the office at (406) 266-0062.
