BDC-26-15 - Dana Lynn Toney- Arraignment – Defendant plead not guilty to Count 1- Driving under the Influence (5th or Subsequent Offense) and Count 2- Possession of Open Alcohol Container in Vehicle. The Court sent hearing dates as follows: Omnibus, June 9, 2026; Pretrial, September 11, 2026; and Jury Trial, October 5, 2026.
CDC-18-22- Jacob Huotari- Initial on Petition to Revoke- (Judge Kathy Seeley) Allegations are Count 1- report of Violation, Count 2- No Employment, Count 3- No report of Evidence of Change of Residence filed with Probation and Parole. An Admit Deny Hearing and Bond Hearing are scheduled for April 17, 2026.
ADC-25-21- Andrew Michael Roberts- Change of Plea-(Judge Mike Menahan) Defendant pleaded guilty to Amended Count 1 and 4 and Original Count 3. With the assistance of his attorney stated what he had done. The Court ordered a PSI and scheduled sentencing for June 5, 2026, with all conditions in place. The Defendant will be returned to Gallatin County to deal with charges there.
BDC-26-11- Barbara Lee Degroodt- Arraignment- Defendant plead not guilty to Count 1 and Count 2 and the following hearings were set. Omnibus June 9, 2026, Pretrial September 11, 2026, and Jury Trial October 5, 2026.
