Property taxes continue to be a very hot and controversial topic in Montana. This decade, many Montana homeowners have seen their property taxes double -- or more.
Despite Montana rebates and legislative attempts to give homeowners property tax relief, there continue to be initiatives proposed to alleviate the property tax burden
