Bulldog Basketball Teams Travel to Three Forks and Big Timber

Bulldog Basketball teams travel to Three Forks
This past weekend, the Bulldogs basketball teams travelled to Three Forks to play the Wolves. Both girls’ and boys’ varsity teams lost to the Wolves earlier this season.
The C squad boys’ game resulted in a win for the Bulldogs, 40-35. The C squad boys have had a successful season so far, with wins against almost every team they’ve played.
The junior varsity boys also won their game, 52-42. Rylan Hoveland scored 12 points, and Dallas Fligge scored 10 points.
The varsity boys’ game was a close loss for the Bulldogs, 45 to 63. Bryce Lessley led the team with 14 points, and Tannen Tuffelmire and Trace Giomi both scored 8 points.
The Wolves won the C squad girls’ game 26 to the Bulldogs 19. Ella Toney scored 9 points, Addy Mosher scored 6 points, and Tayleigh Anderson and Hannah Hildreth both scored 2 points.
The junior varsity girls’ game was another loss for the Bulldogs, 31-52. Tevyn Newman scored 16 points, and Ella Toney scored 13 points.
The Bulldogs lost the varsity girls’ game 51-64. Kaitlyn Noyes scored 25 points, and Emmalin Fischer and Bryleigh Erickson both scored 10 points.
Bulldog Basketball teams travel to Big Timber for a Non-Conference Game
The following day, the Bulldogs traveled to Big Timber to play the Herders. This was a non-conference game. The C squad girls did not play, and the C squad boys lost their game to the Herders.
The junior varsity girls lost their game 25-53. Mishayla Lambott scored 13 points, and Emily Taves scored 6.
The varsity girls lost their game 50-61. Kaitlyn Noyes led the Bulldogs with 18 points, and Emmalin Fischer scored 10 points.
The junior varsity boys won their game 42-31. Heston Vandenacre scored 10 points, and Koleby Clark scored 7 points.
The varsity boys lost their game to the Herders 49-61. Tavyn Anderson led the team with 19 points, and Tannen Tuffelmire scored 9 points.
The Bulldogs will travel to Manhattan on February 5th and to Lone Peak on February 7th. Both games are conference matchups, and the Bulldogs hope to better their record before the upcoming district tournament.
