Coach's Thoughts:
Our guys played the Three Forks Wolves pretty well, as we got the same number of shots off as they did, 44 apiece. They just made more than we did. We had a tough time stopping their three big guys, consequently they got our guys in a bit of foul trouble early. Overall, the coaches were proud of how well we competed against them; we just need to get a little better shot selection the next time we play them.

Coach's Thoughts:
We were a little flat when taking on the Big Timber’s Herders. We had many opportunities to score in the first half, but the ball wouldn’t go in. We got down by 13 and then played even with them the rest of the game, unable to close the gap. It was good to get Rylan Hoveland back on the hardwood as he had some bad luck with a foot injury and severe sickness, so he returned after missing 3 weeks of practice. We need to shoot closer to 50% from inside the arc and above 30% from behind the arc and we just didn’t accomplish that. Hopefully, in our upcoming games, we will move the ball a little better, shoot it in rhythm, and increase our odds. We were also out of position in defense too often, and plan to fix some of these issues before tournaments. We travel to Manhattan this Thursday, where the “C” will get started at 3 pm, and then on Saturday, we tip off at 2:30 versus Lone Peak in Big Sky, where there will only be Varsity games.
