MDT Will Attend the January 14th Commissioner Meeting

Jan 14th 2026 at 10 am MDT, and Great West Engineering will attend the Broadwater County Commission Meeting.
The Montana Dept of Transportation will present all current and future MDT plans throughout Broadwater County. The presentation will include maps, time frames and more details.
Great West has been contracted to develop the BUILD Grant for Broadwater County. Great West will provide details on that process. “The US Dept of Transportation administers the Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development” (BUILD) Grant Program. BUILD is a competitive grant program for investments in surface transportation infrastructure with local impact. THE BUILD grant application is a partnership with MDT, Great West, and Broadwater County. The proposed project is Winston North.
The Jan 14th Commission Meeting will be focused on MDT and the BUILD Grant. This is a great time to talk directly with MDT and Great West about your ideas and to hear from them.
If you can’t attend the meeting in person, you can watch it live on the county website, https://www.broadwatercountymt.gov. As with all Commission Meetings, this meeting will be recorded and available to watch at your convenience later on the county website.
