Coaches' Thoughts - Our first game of the season was riddled with lots of turnovers. We also hadn’t adjusted to game speed yet. The Bulldogs had 20 turnovers and forgot to block out on several occasions. This resulted in low offensive output of 40 points, and we gave them too many second-chance points, resulting in the loss.

Coaches' Thoughts - We didn’t turn the ball over as much against Columbus, and we did play a little better on defense. Trace Giomi had a great game with his 10 rebounds, 5 deflections, and his 11 points contributions. We switched up defenses at halftime and were able to hold the Cougars to 3 points in the third quarter. But when the fourth quarter came around, there Number ten hit 5 threes, which put the game out of reach at 38-48.
