Each year, the Rotary Club of Townsend encourages community residents to decorate their homes for the Holidays. Rotary offers a cash award: First place: $100, Second place: $50, and Third place: $25. As always, the judges had trouble deciding what homes to select as there are some great displays again this year.
The committee decided to select some new entries this year to encourage more people to start decorating for the Holidays. The 2025 winner was Amber Meagher located at 610 S. Cedar. The second-place tie was Jason Quick and Larry Gersch at 200 and 202 S. Cherry. The third-place tie was Sally Byrd, 412 S. Oak and Holly and Bryson Dykstra at 410 S. Oak.
Some of the amazing displays you do not want to miss include decorations at:
• 400 S. Harrison
• 202 N. Harrison
• 407 N. Maple
• 308 S Cherry
• 126 S. Walnut
• 301 N. Walnut
• 213 N. Walnut
