Bulldogs Take Big Timber Herders In 28-0 Shutout

On Friday, September 19th, the Bulldog football team faced Big Timber Herders for their first conference game. Big Timber had a 0-2 record so far, and the Bulldogs had 2-0 non-conference record. Coming off a bye week, the Bulldogs were hoping to continue their winning streak into conference play. 
	In the first quarter, after a long drive by the Bulldogs, their run was capped off by a touchdown pass from Tavyn Anderson to Tannen Tuffelmire. Logan Johnson scored the extra point, putting the Bulldogs up 7-0 in the first quarter. 
	The second quarter started out with a sack by Bryce Lessley and later the Bulldog gained possession. The Bulldogs extended their lead in the second quarter on a 35-yard pass from Tavyn Anderson to Colt Barnard. This put the Bulldogs up 14-0 going into the half. 
	Coming out of the half, the Bulldog defense shut down the Herders with another Bryce Lessley sack. Gaining possession at the 7-yard line, Bradan Martin caught a short pass and ran the ball 93 yards to score a touchdown. After another good extra point by Logan Johnson, the Bulldogs were up 21-0. On the next Herder possession, Trenton Hoveland had another Bulldog sack to force the Herders to give up possession.
 
	In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs sealed the deal with another touchdown pass from Tavyn Anderson to Colt Barnard. The game ended with a 28-0 shutout by the Bulldogs.
Next Friday, September 26th, the Bulldogs travel to Three Forks to take on their rivals, the Wolves. Three Forks comes into the game with a 3-1 record, and the Bulldogs have a record of 3-0.
