The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, September 19, is as follows:

Lukeus Gallegos had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to charges of 1. Criminal endangerment, 2. DUI (4th), 3. Driving while license is suspended, 4. Open container, 5. Failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means. Omnibus is due by November 14; Pre-Trial is set for January 16; with the Jury Trial scheduled for February 9.

Sheree Eva had an Initial Appearance on charges of 1. Criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth), 2. DUI (2nd), 3. No license plate light. Her Arraignment will be October 11.

James Normand had an Evidentiary Hearing. Witness, Case Manager Tammara Rosenleaf testified that Normand had never missed an appointment with her. He has some physical and mental issues that keep him secluded and his Peer-Person is very good, making sure that he gets where he needs to, including A.A. He has a trailer, has pets, and collects SSDI. He has traumatic brain injury and high anxiety that presents itself negatively. He is to complete Livingston Treatment Court.
