Deadline to purchase Bonus Points is September 30
Fish, Wildlife and Parks
Hunters have until Sept. 30 to purchase bonus points. These points are only available to hunters who did not apply for a license or permit of the same type this license year.
A bonus point is an extra chance for a hunter to draw a license or permit in a Montana drawing. These bonus points can be accumulated at the rate of one per year by hunters who are unsuccessful in a drawing.
Hunters can only purchase one bonus point per license/permit type per license year.
