The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, May 16, is as follows:
James Normand had his Change of Plea continued until June 20.
Harvey Wildman had a Petition to revoke on an underlying charge of criminal endangerment. He has three allegations of failure to remain law-abiding, as well as failing drug tests. His Evidentiary Hearing is set for September 19.
Tylor Castona had a Status Conference. His new dates are: Omnibus is due August 15; Pre-Trial is set for October 17, with the Jury Trial scheduled for November 17.
Michael Kamps had Sentencing on charges of negligent endangerment, strangulation, and partner/family member assault. He is sentenced to one year, all suspended. He must complete 40 hours of anger management before he can contact the victim. All conditions are imposed. He must pay $240 in court fees and surcharges.
