The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, March 28, is as follows:
Ian Blaylock appeared for two Petition to Revoke; 1) failure to be present for Sentencing, that realized an arrest warrant. He denied that allegation. 2) The allegation is that he committed new crimes (eluding a peace officer), which he also denied. He was originally charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He will be sentenced on April 25.
Jack White appeared for a Bail Modification. He met Friday with a doctor to decide if he has ‘fitness to proceed’ to trial. A Status Hearing is set for April 25.
Kenneth Holmlund had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to 1) criminal possession of dangerous drugs (Xanax) 2) DUI. In his elocution, he stated that while driving in Broadwater County, he knowingly possessed Xanax. The sentencing will be on May 23. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. He is ordered to comply with all previous conditions, as well as the Pre-Sentence Investigation.
