The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, March 14 is as follows:

Ross Johnston appeared on a Petition to Revoke. The judge requires him to go from the 24/7 program to an Interlock device on any vehicle he drives.

Bert Ginsberg had his Sentencing. A Pre-Sentence Investigation was submitted. He must complete Behavioral Health Court. He must not have a romantic relationship with anyone else who is in Treatment Court unless both his provider and probation officer agree. He must pay $2,700 restitution and $80 fees and surcharges. He is Sentenced to a five-year suspended Sentence. He is credited with 57 days time served.

Kamil Szmyglewski had his Arraignment via Zoom from Fort Harrison Treatment. He pled Not Guilty to charges of assault with a weapon and obstruction of a police officer. Omnibus is due by June 13; Pre-Trial is set for September 12; with the Jury Trial scheduled on October 6.

Kristina Peek had Sentencing. A Pre-Sentence Investigation was reviewed; She is Sentenced to five years, deferred. She must pay $80 fees and surcharges. She gets 2 days credit time served.
