The criminal docket in the courtroom of Judge Michael Menahan on Friday, March 7 is as follows:
Evan Welch had a Pre-Trial Conference. A Change of Plea is in the works for a global resolution.
Darcie Roerick had a Petition to Revoke a suspended Sentence, on a conviction of two counts of partner/family member assault. She denied charges of 1) failure to remain law-abiding, 2) consuming alcohol when ordered not. She will have a Status Hearing on May 2. Defense stated that her daughter, who resides in North Dakota, has been diagnosed with cancer. Roerick requested to be able to support her daughter. She is ordered to have alcohol monitoring while in North Dakota and report to the local Adult and Probation. She signed a waiver of extradition. She was released on her own recognizance.
Joseph Karr appeared for a Pre-Trial Conference. The Defense stated that a resolution is in the works and requested a continuance. A new Pre-Trial Conference is set for August 1, with the new Jury Trial scheduled on September 2.
Douglas Knight had a Pre-Trial Conference on charges of partner/family member assault (3rd), criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. His Jury Trial is scheduled for April 28.
Bobby Jones had Sentencing on a Change of Plea. He is sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, all of that suspended, to run concurrent with other sentences. His credit time served is to be determined. He must complete treatment and aftercare.
Jaden Adams had an Initial Appearance to a felony charge of criminal child endangerment and misdemeanor DUI (1st). He will be arraigned on March 21.
Kenneth Holmlund had an Initial Appearance on a felony charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and DUI (1st). His Arraignment will take place on March 28.
Amberlee Greenstein had an Initial Appearance of assault with a weapon and partner/family member assault. Her Arraignment is March 28.
