The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley's courtroom on Friday, February 21 is as follows:
Tylor Castona had a Pre-Trial Conference on multiple charges. Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; tampering with witnesses or informants; two counts of hunting without a license; four counts of unlawful possession of a game animal restitution, $1000 each; four counts of hunting or killing game over limit; two counts of using artificial means (lights, etc.) to hunt; two counts of licensing/tag offenses; waste of a game animal and failure to get landowner’s permission. A Change of Plea is scheduled for March 21.
Michael Kamps appeared for a Pre-Trial Conference on charges of DUI (1st), Strangulation and partner/family member assault, causing threat of bodily injury. A Change of Plea is scheduled for March 21.
James Normand appeared for a Pre-Trial Conference on charges of DUI (4th or subsequent); failure to use a turn signal; driving without a license and failure to use headlights. A Change of Plea is scheduled for May 16.
Darcie Roerick had an Initial Appearance on an arrest warrant to two charges of partner/family member assault causing injury with a weapon. The bond is set at $15,000. A bond hearing will be on March 7.
Elijah Ticknor had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to DUI (4th or subsequent); criminal child endangerment and reckless driving. Omnibus is due by April 18; Pre-Trial is set for October 17; with the Jury Trial scheduled for November 17.
Riley Lacey was scheduled for a Pre-Trial Conference, which has been continued. New dates are Pre-Trial is set for October 17; with the Jury Trial scheduled for November 17.
