Three Forks Ambulance Service
Three Forks Ambulance had 19 calls for service in January 2025.
It was a calm start to the year.
Our January calls included:
• 4 transports to the hospital
• 0 calls needing coverage from other agencies
• 1 call where our EMT responded solo and AMR transported
• 4 refusals where the patient declined transport
• 2 calls were canceled before we arrived on the scene
• 1 Fire where we supported Willow Creek Fire
• 2 motor vehicle accidents
• 1 deceased on arrival
• 4 stand-by medical crews at the High School basketball games
It’s not too late to join our EMT class that starts on February 25th! It meets Tue and Thur through the end of May with four additional Saturdays for skills practice. Cost is only $899 – the best value in the Gallatin Valley! Email 3fkamb@gmail.com if you are interested. There is no volunteer commitment tied to the class, but we’d love to have you join us!
There continues to be a need for local drivers and EMTs. Volunteering as a driver requires zero experience other than you must be licensed, and 18 years of age or older. We will train the rest. See our website, 3faa.org for more information or to fill out the interest form.
As a non-profit organization, Three Forks Area Ambulance operates without tax levies. Our service is supported solely through insurance billing, donations, and grants.
In 2024 we received 340 calls for service resulting in 144 hospital transports. Our dedicated volunteer EMTs and drivers continue to work tirelessly to meet our community’s emergency medical needs.
We appreciate your ongoing support. Please see our website, 3faa.org, if you are interested in supporting our mission financially or as a volunteer.
Thank you!
