The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, January 31 is as follows:

Micheal Gerke had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to a misdemeanor charge of careless driving. His elocution stated that he failed to drive carefully, as he crossed the fog line. He is Sentenced to pay a $75 fine.

Jessica Guillermo had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to 1) negligent endangerment; 2) aggravated DUI (3rd); and 3) open container. Her elocution stated that as she drove in Broadwater County, she stopped on the railroad tracks, had been driving with a .16 BAC, and had an open container in the vehicle. She is Sentenced to pay a $5,000 fine. 1) six months suspended; 2) 39 days in County Jail; to pay $80 in fees and surcharges. She turned herself in at 1pm on January 31, 2025. Her attorney stated that she has been on Soberlink since September 2024.

Andrew Feistner had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to partner/family member assault. His elocution stated that he struck the victim; causing her pain. He received two days credit time served and $100 fine. He is not to consume alcohol or drugs or go to any casino, with 90 days, suspended. He must pay $180 to the Office of Public Defender and fees and surcharges of $80. He must apply for Soberlink.

Ian Blaylock was to be Sentenced, but did not appear. An arrest warrant is filed; including a $50,000 bond.

Bradley Wright had an Initial Appearance continued until February 7, 2025.

Kamil Szmglewski had an Initial Appearance continued until February 14, 2025.

Andrew Boudour had the Office of Public Defender reappointed to his case.
