The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom (via Zoom) on Friday., January 24 is as follows:
Charity Lamere had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of exploitation of an elderly person and two counts of identity theft. Omnibus is due by March 21; Pre-Trial Conference is set for June 20; with the Jury Trial scheduled on July 20. She asked permission to move to Great Falls, to live with her mother. The judge agreed; as long as the court has an appropriate address for her.
