The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, December 20 is as follows:

She receives no fine and no Office of Public Defender’s charge because she is a single mother. She gets one year in jail, except for 48 hours, which must be served within two months. Her driver’s license is suspended until she completes her jail time.

In light of extenuating circumstances, his Sentencing is March 21, 2025. He will have Status Hearings on January 17 & February 21 to ensure he is doing what he should.
