Precision Business Resources Opens in East Helena

It is never too early to start on your tax preparation. Just as the season is about to begin Precision Business Resources opened their new location in East Helena at 101 S. Lane. Their open house was held last Thursday when they invited all clients and vendors to see the new space.
According to Manager Dallas Smith, owner Anna Glueckert made the move from Helena to the new East Helena location to fit their needs for expansion and to better serve their clients. Smith has two employees who can answer all questions and set up new accounts.
Smith said she and her staff love the rural, small-town atmosphere. She and employee Leandra Fraley both feel fortunate to have their small children in the East Helena school system. Mary Bignell lives in the North Valley, so it is an easy drive to work.
The staff is qualified to serve clients’ needs for accounting, tax preparation, all human resource needs and business management. Smith graduated in 2011 with an accounting and business degree from Helena College of Technology and has over a decade of accounting and management experience. She has been with Precision Business Resources since 2020. Fraley has many years of tax preparation experience along with accounting. Bignell has many years of payroll and bookkeeping experience. She is the payroll administrator. They are a well-rounded team. “We enjoy working with all our different businesses and we like to meet people face to face,” she said.
Smith explained how important it is to the business to do community outreach. She is involved in many local activities within the community and Precision Business Resources has donated items and money to many local events in and around Helena and Townsend.
Precision Business Resources, established by owner Anna Glueckert in 2018, features an extensive website and Facebook presence. Glueckert operates an office in Townend as well.
Smith explained the office utilizes all different fields of business management: “We have clients for whom we only do bookkeeping. In that case we meet with their tax preparer to make sure the client is ready for tax season. We also offer employee full services human resources, payroll and QuickBooks consulting, if the business does their own books.”
We encourage clients to come in before year end if there are any changes to their tax situation that may cause a lighter tax bill for them.
