The criminal docket in Judge Micheal Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, December 6 is as follows:

Kelly Krumenacker had an Initial Appearance on multiple charges. Ct 1 incest; ct2 assault on a minor; ct 3 assault on a peace officer; ct 4 obstructing a peace officer; ct 4 unlawful transactions with a minor. Omnibus is due January 24, 2025; Pre-trial is set for June 20; with the Jury Trial scheduled for July 14.

Brett Kaiser had an Initial Appearance for a fugitive complaint. He has a warrant out of Washington State. He is extradited to Washington; they have 18 days to pick him up, or transport.

Richard Karp has a Petition to Revoke on his 5th DUI out of Yellowstone County. He will be seen in court again on December 20.

Jordan Hart had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of criminal child endangerment and DUI. Omnibus is due by February 14, 2025; Pre-Trial is set for April 11; with the Jury Trial scheduled for June 9. Most of her previous conditions are in effect.

Douglas Knight had an Initial Appearance on a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs; in addition to his previous charges of partner/family member assault and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Pre-Trial has been continued until March 8, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for April 28.

Joseph Carr had an Initial Appearance on a few charges. Ct 1 4th or subsequent DUI; ct 2 tampering or fabrication of evidence; ct 3 obstructing a peace officer; ct 4 driving while license suspended (2nd); ct 5 open container. He will be arraigned on December 20.

Evan Welch had his Pre-Trial continued until March 7, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for April 28. He will have a Status Hearing on January 10.

Bobby Jones had his Pre-Trial; with the Jury Trial confirmed on January 6, 2025.

Priscella Evans appeared for Sentencing. She was sentenced a year ago to chemical dependency treatment. Since then, she has completed treatment and is in sober living. She receives 12 days credit time served (street time) with a carryover of credit time served on her previous sentence. She is committed to three years D.O.C. suspended and must complete aftercare.

Samuel Cooper was to have a Change of Plea; but was not present. He will have a Status Hearing on December 13.
