The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, November 15 is as follows:

Tylor Castona got new dates for his multiple illegal hunting charges. They include: tampering with evidence and witnesses, (2x) hunting or trapping without a license, (4x) unlawful possession of a game animal, (2x) unlawful transferring a tag or license, (4x) over limit of elk or deer, (2x) illegal license transfer, (2x) using artificial light, waste of a game animal, and failure to obtain permission to hunt private property. Omnibus is due by December 20; Pre-Trial is set for February 14, 2025; Jury trial is scheduled for March 16, 2025.

Johnny Huffman appeared for an Evidentiary Hearing on charges of criminal endangerment, partner/family member assault (1st offense), partner/family member assault (2nd), intimidation, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. There is a question of credit for time served. Sentencing is set for December 20.

Robert Mack appeared for a Waiver of Extradition; commission of a crime in another state. The State signs the waiver, giving the Commonwealth of Virginia 20 days to pick up the prisoner.
