The criminal docket in Judge Micheal McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, November 8, 2024, is as follows:

Tylor Castona had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to multiple charges. These include tampering with evidence and witnesses, hunting or trapping without a license, unlawful possession of a game animal, unlawful transferring a tag or license, over the limit of elk, over the limit of deer, (2x) illegal license transfer, using artificial light, waste of a game animal, and failure to obtain permission to hunt private property. Omnibus is due by December 13; Pre-Trial is set for April 11, 2025; Jury trial is scheduled for June 9, 2025. A Status Hearing will be on November 15.

John Hansson had Sentencing continued until December 13.

Alisha Bird had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to multiple charges. Tampering with witnesses or informants, hunting without a license, (3x) unlawful possession of a game animal, (2x) unlawful transfer of a hunting license, hunting over limit deer, (2x) waste of a game animal, and failure to obtain permission to hunt on private property. Omnibus is due by January 17, 2025; Pre-Trial is set for April 11, 2025, with the Jury Trial scheduled for June 9, 2025.

Codey Green had an Evidentiary Hearing. As he was recently convicted by Jury Trial of strangulation in Lewis & Clark County; he pleads Guilty to a Petition to Revoke, based on trial information. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. Sentencing is December 13.

Shadow Robbins’ case is continued until December 13.

Tammy Willett had her Change of Plea continued until December 13.

Tanner York will be Sentenced on December 13.

Ward Scow had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to criminal endangerment and aggravated DUI (1st). In his elocution, he admitted to driving in Broadwater County with a BAC of over 1.6. He drove the wrong way, knowingly engaging in conduct that was putting others at risk of bodily injury or death. The date of his Sentencing is to be determined.
