Sometimes the best of all worlds is a partner. Jennifer Marsicano and Krissy Ludricks see it that way. Marsicano, a certified esthetician, and Ludricks who is affiliated with Century 21 Heritage Realty, have teamed up to open their new location at 406 Broadway.
They held an open house on Friday to treat the public to mimosas and cookies to feature their services. Marsicano, who is from Shelby, Montana, still offers facial services there. She has plans to eventually move to Townsend. She is the mother of three grown children and a six-year-old. She was motivated to open a shop in Townsend one year ago on Fall Fest weekend, by her cousin Tami Lopez who runs the shop when Marsicano is in Shelby.
Marsicano offers all facial services including dermaplaning, waxing services and massage therapy. She does lash and brow tint and extensions. Ludricks and her husband Bill, who retired from a railroad job, moved here to a home up Six Mile Road near Toston. She explained she is a consummate volunteer. She enjoys helping out at the Bunk House Bar. She considers herself a “jack of all trades”. She loves to do raffle baskets or help enhance the community in any way she can. She and her business partner, Christie Whitman, will be working in the Townsend office. Ludricks' office hours will be 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays except Wednesday. She will be available on weekends as well.
