The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menehan’s courtroom on Friday, October 4 is as follows:
Jon Hansson came into court with a Motion for Furlough, wanting to visit his wife in Great Falls Benefis; who is on life-support there. He is granted a seven-day medical furlough; but, must submit to 24/7 alcohol monitoring and must turn himself in to BCSO upon his return.
Ronald Reich had a Change of Plea and Sentencing; pleading Guilty to the amended charge of criminal endangerment. During his elocution, he stated that while in Broadwater County, he had an interaction with Law Enforcement. During that interaction, I caused a threat of bodily injury. He is Sentenced to two years deferred, he must submit findings of a drug/alcohol evaluation and have no contact at all with victim(s). He must pay fees and surcharges of $80.
Tanner York had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to criminal mischief, above $1,500. In his elocution, he stated that he stole an ATM out of Teasers, destroying it. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. A Status Hearing is set for November 8.
