Cross Country:
Keaton Cavasos crushed his own personal record at Mountain West beating his previous time by 30 seconds. Shaylyn Sentinela is running a personal record almost weekly this year. Last week setting yet another one at Mountain West.
Volleyball
Bryleigh Jo Erickson Against Lone Peak: 10 assists, 2 blocks, 6 digs, and 3 kills. Against Manhattan: 10 assists, 1 block, 5 digs, 3 kills and 3 aces. Bry Jo is really growing as a player. She works hard every week to improve her skills and wants everyone around her to thrive.
Football:
Bulldog Football player of the week vs Manhattan is #58, Eric Humphreys. Eric was relentless vs the Tigers totaling 15 tackles, including 10 assisted and 2 tackles for loss. Offensively Eric has been a staple on the right side of the line assisting in 19 total pancake blocks and earning a share of high grade lineman for the week. The senior captain represents the phrase dynamite in a “not so” small package. His leadership and commitment to the team are second to none. Congratulations, 58, well earned. ~WE ARE 43~
Cheer:
Addy White is this week's player of the week for her attitude and work ethic. She always comes to practice and games ready to do her job, and she does it with a smile on her face! Addy works on her routines outside of practice and takes direction without complaint, immediately implementing the changes. She also has accomplished a new skill - her prep group can now get her to a full extension! This is a new level of skill for our team and couldn't be accomplished without Addy's strength, fearlessness, and ability to keep her body tight and in line (she truly is the easiest flyer to catch because she literally falls in slow motion). Addy is becoming a great cheerleader and is an asset to our team!
