The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, September 27, 2024, is as follows:
Julie Humphries had a Status Hearing. There are five beds in the female ward at Galen, as opposed to the 48 on the men’s side. Ms. Humphries is now at number five for admission into the facility. She will have a Status Hearing on January 31, 2025.
Ian Blaylock appeared for a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence; pleading Denials to multiple allegations, concerning drug and alcohol-related offenses. He will have an Evidentiary Hearing on October 25.
Krystal Jacobi appeared for Sentencing on a 4th or subsequent DUI. She must attend Passages treatment; followed by five years D.O.C. (suspended).
