Fall Fest Business Decorating Contest is on!

Missouri Valley Marketing (MVM) and the Rotary Club of Townsend (Rotary) are sponsoring a Fall Fest business decorating contest to try and stimulate the local businesses to decorate and make Townsend more attractive for the Fall Festival, October 4-6.
There is no requirement to sign up or register to enter. Just decorate your business and MVM will tour the community and select three winners. First place will receive $100, second place $50, and third place $25 and the winning businesses will get their names and photos of their displays in the MT 43 News.
Rotary and the Townsend Tree Board will also be cleaning up and weeding around the Heritage Park area this next week. MVM, Rotary and the Tree Board also ask local businesses and homes in town to make sure yards are mown and weeds are cut. Let’s show the visitors attending Fall Fest that Townsend is a great place to live.
