The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, September 20 is as follows:
Quinn Hiassen had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of assaulting a police officer and obstructing a police officer. Omnibus is due November 8; Pre-Trial is set for January 17, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for February 10.
Ward Scow had his Change of Plea continued until September 27.
Tami Willette had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of criminal child endangerment and DUI. Omnibus is due November 8; Pre-Trial is set for is set for January 17, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for February 10.
Micheal Gehrke came with an Appeal from Justice Court, on charges of DUI and careless driving. Omnibus is due on October 25; Pre-Trial is set for November 22; with the Jury Trial scheduled for January 27, 2025.
