The Broadwater High School Cheer squad went to the Carrol football game to support the Carroll Cheer Team. The sunny Saturday, September 14, was the day the lady bulldogs made the trip. Earlier in the season, Carroll helped the BHS cheer squad during a stunt clinic.

On Saturday, August 24, the Bulldog Cheerleaders made the trip to the Helena Athletic Club to attend a stunt clinic with the Carroll Squad. The clinic was long but taught a lot of skills that the Broadwater girls are using to help improve and advance their stunts. From just that one day the girls got eight hours of practice.

After this stunt clinic the squad immediately started working to perfect their stunts. Having more than double the girls they had during last winter season, two stunt groups are able to go up. All eleven of the cheerleaders are working hard, taking time outside of practice to perfect the dances, cheers, and to gain their strength to help progress the stunts.

Co-captains Kaycee White and Karsyn Sangray are excited for their last fall season of cheer and are working together leading the squad and pushing them to try new things and advance their stunts. The cheerleaders are actively engaging with the crowd at every home game, whether for football or volleyball, to boost team spirit and support their teams in achieving victories.

After two football games and one volleyball game, the cheerleaders are excited to continue their season and their stunts. With homecoming coming up, the squad is working endlessly to perfect their routine. Incorporating dancing and stunting is challenging, but the choreography is progressing well.

The Broadwater community is encouraging this newly formed squad to keep working hard and to develop new skills. After the Little Dawg Cheer camp, all of the littles are cheering on their big cheerleaders and are preparing the next generation for a future in cheer.
