The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon's courtroom on Friday, September 13 is as follows:
Jon Hansson had a Bail Hearing on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence, alleging that he had a positive alcohol test, and left before he could do his second test. His bond is reduced to $10,000, with all previous conditions in place.
Bert Ginsberg is due for a Jury Trial on October 7. He is charged with theft of a light motor vehicle and two counts of tampering or fabricating evidence. It is expected to be a four-day trial.
Krystal Jacobi had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to DUI (4+). Her elocution said that she was sure that she was impaired while driving in Broadwater County knowing that she had three previous like violations. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. She will be sentenced on September 27.
Andrew Boudour had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment on charges of assaulting a policeman and DUI (3rd). Omnibus is due by December 27; the Pre-Trial is set for March 28, 2025; and the Jury Trial is scheduled for April 28, 2025. The bond is reduced to $10,000. Adult Probation and Parole must approve both his residence and employment.
