MONTANA HIGHWAY PATROL FINES
Emma Wickum- Bozeman – careless driving, pleaded guilty, deferred imposition of sentence for a period of one year, $45.00 fines and fees.
Kyle Collins – Laurel – fail to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-1st offense, pleaded guilty, $285.00 fines and fees; seatbelt violation, pleaded guilty, $20.00 fine; driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked -1st offense, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all time suspended o conditions, $175.00 fines and fees.
Deanna Campbell – Townsend – careless driving, pleaded guilty, $50.00 fines and fees; driving without a valid driver's license, plead guilty, $135.00 fines and fees.
BROADWATER COUNTY FINES
Gabriel Puga- Townsend – partner or family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member - 2nd offense, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year in jail with all but three days suspended on conditions, $385.00 fines and fees and must enroll and complete 40 hours of Batterers education; cruelty to animals - overworking, beating, torturing, injuring, or killing the animal -1st animal, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year in jail with all time suspended on conditions, $175.00 fines and fees; sentences will run concurrently.
Christian Bautista- Belgrade – reckless driving-1st offense, pleaded guilty, sentenced to ninety days in jail with all time suspended for a period of six months, $335.00 fines and fees; night speed, pleaded guilty, $200.00 fine.
Austin Taylor- Butte – driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs-1st offense, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all but one day suspended on conditions, $685.00 fines and fees, must enroll and complete ACT program.
