Under the terms of the agreement, deputies will enforce Townsend codes related to:

● Fire department provisions

● Sexually oriented businesses

● Dogs deemed a nuisance

● Shooting within city limits

● Fireworks

● Water tower

● Curfew

● Social host

● Speed limits and

● Traffic on city streets.

The addendum went to the Broadwater County Commission for approval during their regular Aug. 13 meeting.
