The criminal docket in Judge Micheal Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, August 2 is as follows:
Samuel Cooper’s Jury Trial is September 30; he is currently in Yellowstone Detention Center. He will have a Status Hearing on August 16.
Crystal Jacoby had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; where she pled Not Guilty to charges of felony DUI (4th) and misdemeanor driving while license suspended. Omnibus is due by September 27; Pre-Trial is set for March 28, 2025; Jury Trial is scheduled for April 28, 2025.
Priscella Evans appeared by Zoom (from treatment) on a Petition to Revoke; admitting to allegations of failing to report to Adult Probation and Parole and consuming meth. November 1 will be her Evidentiary Hearing.
Dustin Redfox had a Pre-Trial Conference. His Jury Trial is scheduled for September 3; although the matter may be resolved. The judge warned that they must come to a decision before Wednesday, August 7.
Michael Kamps had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor DUI; felony strangulation and partner/family member assault. His Omnibus is due on September 20; Pre-Trial is set for February 21, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 17.
Eric Turk had an Initial Appearance on charges of felony criminal endangerment; misdemeanor DUI (1st) and failure to use a turn signal. He will be arraigned on August 16.
Darcy Roerick had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty. Her Omnibus is due October 4; Pre-Trial is set for April 4, 2025; with the Jury Trial scheduled for May 5, 2025.
Richard Karp is in Federal Custody. His Jury Trial is scheduled for January 6. There will be a Status Hearing on November 1, 2024.
