Gabriel Puga had an Evidentiary Hearing on a Petition to Revoke a deferred charge of criminal endangerment. He has four new alleged charges. Counts 1 and 2 were dropped; with him admitting to counts 3) cruelty to animals and 4) partner/family member assault. Sentencing will occur on August 23.
John Borne had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to DUI (4+) a felony; misdemeanor open container. In his elocution, he said that while in Broadwater County he operated a motor vehicle while impaired suspended. Sentencing will be on September 27.
Julie Humphries had a Status Hearing. She is currently seeing a therapist and is seeing a new doctor, who is adjusting her meds. She is scheduled to go to Galen for treatment; and is eighth in line for a bed there. She will have another Status Hearing on September 27.
Joselyn Rogers asked to have her trial vacated; she is attending Behavioral Health Court with Judge McMahon successfully for two months. She will have a Status Hearing on September 27.
Lynn Sofil had his Change of Plea and Sentencing continued until August 18.
Everett Mierow had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. This is part of a global resolution with Lewis & Clark County. In his elocution, he stated that while in Broadwater County, he knowingly possessed meth. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. He will be sentenced on September 27.
